Saturday at Spanish Fork
What could be better than going down to Spanish Fork to see the nieces, nephew/grandkids, watch the football game, and watch Kung Fu Panda? Well I will tell you, going down to Spanish Fork to see the nieces, nephews/grandkids, watch the football and hit the Kung Fu Panda DVD with a baseball bat. Just kidding Brett, but no seriously.
All in all it was a really fun time down there. It had been quite a while since we had seen them. Throughout the other 6 days of the week we did about nothing. Brett went to basketball tryouts for one day and then decided that he didn't want to play.

Umm good question. We both have weight training classes so that helpes a little. Other than that, nothing.

They are trying their best to get fat--you should have seen what they ate last weekend!
