Day 3

On Monday we went down to Austin to get the "grand tour" you could call it that, it included Jers work and UT Stadium

We went to Jers work first were we looked out the windows at the rolling hills of trees in all directions. They had a lot of candy there when we got there, but when we left it had dwindled quite a bit.

We then went over to the staduim. At first we were just looking from the outside because we thought all the gates were shut. Kenz though was determined that she saw a gate open, and sure enough when we got around to the other side a gate was open. So me, mom and, Kenz walked in. We almost got lost in there because there doing construction and there was stuff everywhere and it was a confusing stadium. We finally found a portal door open, and right as we walked in we were amazed. It was so huge, especially since it was empty. We just took some pictures and did some sight seeing while we were in there. Its even bigger now because they are building the stands that you can see in the top picture. The big black thing in the other picture is the big screen, it takes up the whole entire endzone of that side.
After that we went to lunch at a place called Fredies and we got served by a guy named Stoner, yeah its true. What was even more weird was that his dad worked for byu for 30 years. We got back home and went swimming, the pool was usually closed on Mondays but because of Memorial day it was open, but since it is usually closed there wasn't any chlorine in the pool, so lets just say that there was a little yellowish green hue to the pool. That night we watched Hitch, it was pretty funny.
