Have to post in December

Luckily I looked at the blog today and saw there was no post beginning with December 2010, that is unacceptable.

We spent Thanksgiving with Troy and Tracie this year, the food was great, the company excellent, and the drive stunk, but the drive is worth it.

Um... what else has happened? My life consists of school that doesn't matter, soccer practice every other day, and keeping up with tv shows that I don't even care about.

Taylor finished up his first semester of college and came home a week and a half ago. I have enjoyed the company but will be happy to see him head back into the world of college in a few days.

I got my wisdom teeth out on the 17th and proceeded to miss out on all the good food associated with the Christmas holiday. I am almost back to normal and will never eat yogurt, chicken noodle soup, or mashed potatoes again!

We spent some time on Christmas day with Shane and Heather, had a nice meal, opened some presents, and enjoyed the classic The Christmas Story. That movie never gets old and gets quite a few laughs every Christmas.

Currently Jackson is spending a few days with us here and yes he did outsleep me and Taylor this morning. I am a little worried for Heather's sake when he actually becomes a teenager.
