Moms Taxi Goes Out of Buisness

Finally we have a week that has quite a bit of highlights. It all started Tuesday when I got my license. The pic of brett was last weeks transportation and now we have the car as transportation. It was fun to be able to just drive to school and not wait for the bus, and after track practice we could just come home. Tuesday for mutual we went to the Church Archives Building where we were supposed to have a tour, but that wasn't true. We sat in a room for an hour and a half looking at the book of mormon. We got pizza at the end though so that was nice. Wednesday we had our second to last track meet, I didn't really feel like running, so we went for the first race and then went over and watched Softball games.

Friday we had our 24 hour run fundraiser for track, the simple procedure of this thing is that a baton is going around the track for 24 hours. Everyone had a shift that they had to run on mine was 4-8 in the afternoon and 4-8 in the morning. I didn't quite make it too my morning shift, I went home at 3. It was fun untill about midnight when everyone went home. Part of the problem was that they planned this on the same day as Junior Prom, so there was nobody there.

I slept untill noon on Saturday and so my house work and everything was done. We went outside to play horse and this was one of my crazy shots, it never went in though. I watched I am Legend last night while mom and dad went to a reception and brett watched the Jazz game. It was so nice to be able to finish the movie and take it back to RedBox whenever I wanted, even when Mom and Dad weren't home. Today I will probably have to bless the sacrement. Which reminds me. Last Sunday I got ordained a priest, and as we were walking out of the bishops office there was another priest, and he said "your ordained right?" I said yes, he was like, ok will you come help me give the sacrement to this guy in our ward who can't come to church, I said I guess. So I have already blessed the Sacrement, but it was in front of two people, but hey theres a start.

See Anything Different?

There were 2 highlights of this week, Track and my Birthday. I had two track meets this week one on Wednesday and one on Saturday. We would've had pictures of the meet if it wasn't 40 degrees at our meet. Saturday was an Invitational at Tooele, it was pretty stupid because it was just us vs. Tooele. Also there was like 30 mph winds blowing right at us as we ran. Also on Saturday it was my birthday, It wasn't as big of a deal this year because this year its all about my license on Tuesday. It was still fun though. I got some new socks which I really needed, a memory stick for my mp3 player, and the priests duty to god and Preach my gospel handbook. As long as today doesn't get too boring Tuesday will come pretty fast.

1 Week Remaining

There is only one week left untill moms taxi service will go out of buisness and I will be driving myself home from practice. We were supposed to have a track meet this week but it got cancelled, the good thing is that they cancelled it while we were sitting on the bus ready to go. We were already excused from 4th hour so we didn't have to go back to class. It's finally going to be feeling like spring this week with Tuesday at 80 degrees. I took the ACT yesterday, it was pretty boring and long, but not as long as core tests. With the ACT I was working the whole time, I never finished all the problems with more that 3 minutes left, so it went pretty fast. My hopes of getting into math 1050 next year are pretty much crushed, I almost know for a fact that I didn't get the 24 I needed in the math section. Science was the worst though, none of it even made sense at all. Sorry no pictures we aren't really doing anything that need pictures taken. Mom might come to our track meet this week so we'll maybe have pictures next week.

Save it for a Rainy Day

Last Sunday we woke up to a little skif of snow, so we couldn't go outside and play baketball. This is what we came up with. We tied our dirty clothes basket to the blinds and used an air filled ball. For all the time we took to put it up it wasn't that satisfiying, but oh well. We didn't have a Track Meet this week, I don't know why, but we have one this week. It is down to 2 weeks before I get my licence and I am quite excited. Yesterday I vacuumed out the whole car, washed the insides of the windows, washed the car, and cleaned the seats. I also did that with the Saturn, the Edge, and Shanes Camry. Brett helped with it all and incisted on pulling the cars back into the garage and driveway. I tried to do it but then remembered that in two weeks I will be driving for real, so I let him have that pleasure.

We also got our summer haircuts yesterday, with the help of Heathers supplies. Both of us are sick of doing our hair, so what better to do than to cut it off. I wonder if I will be faster.
