Fastest Thanksgiving Day Feast Ever

Thanksgiving was at our house this year. We had plans to go to Vernal afterwards, and we didn't want to travel in the dark. The feast started at noon at our place. We had everybody out of our house by 2:30. In the next 30 minutes we, cleaned up, packed, and hit the road. We were on our way at 3:00. Once we got up there we said our hi's and bye's to Tom and Patti, and Grandma and Grandpa. Over the weekend at Vernal, Brett and I got our fair share of ESPN, Mom and Dad socialized with the Gessells, and I realized that Dad has the most sleep depriving snore on the face of the planet. All in all it was a nice, relaxing weekend. Only 3 more weeks until Christmas break.

Umm...What Just Happened???

For pictures this week just picture all of us watching tv or christmas movies, because that is all we did this week. Saturday we went into Grandma and Grandpas house to watch the game. That was fun, let me tell ya. The first half actually was. It wasn't untill Max Hall was sick of being on offense and decided to throw a pick every possesion that it was no longer fun. Oh well, at least we get some money from Utah going to the BCS, but can they beat, Texas, Texas Tech or Oklahoma? For BYU, the Las Vegas bowl will be really exciting since we are going to play a team with a .500 record.

Saturday at Spanish Fork

What could be better than going down to Spanish Fork to see the nieces, nephew/grandkids, watch the football game, and watch Kung Fu Panda? Well I will tell you, going down to Spanish Fork to see the nieces, nephews/grandkids, watch the football and hit the Kung Fu Panda DVD with a baseball bat. Just kidding Brett, but no seriously.
All in all it was a really fun time down there. It had been quite a while since we had seen them. Throughout the other 6 days of the week we did about nothing. Brett went to basketball tryouts for one day and then decided that he didn't want to play.

Happy 15th

So here are some 15 year stats about brett:
He has completed 20 percent of his life according to the life expectancy chart.
He is in the 30th percentile for weight.
He is in the 60th percentile for hieght.

For his birthday activity we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house to watch the game. Then came home and had cheese soup for dinner. For dessert we had pumpking pie. Afterwards, we watched Elf to get us in the spirit.

This week my anatomy class got to go into Body World 3. It was really cool to see all that stuff, and not the least bit gross. I must say though that it is not worth the 22$ that it normaly is. Since we went as a class we only had to pay 2$, definitely worth that. One cool thing, since Thanksgiving is coming up. When you get done shoveling the food on Thanksgiving, and you feel a little stuffed, lay on your left side, it will help you digest easier and make you a lot more comfortable.

Football Is Over

This week we had our " 3 ring circus" and that definetly was the highlight of the week. They were really good games. We beat Ben lomond 13-12, and beat Bear River 17-14. The bad news was though that we would have to travel down to Hurricane, which is by St. George. That game wasn't as good as the others, we lost 47-14. The season is now over and I only have 1 more season of high school football left in my tank. Other than that I don't think we did anything. Also, posts are going to get pretty boring for the next little while because there is nothing going on.
